As Titan is growing daily, the desires for people with abilities are increasing. Recently, new staff has been introduced to all kinds of departments, especially to the Research, Marketing, Production, and After Sales Service department. On April 6th, the administration office organized professional training for the new staff, to make them get to know Titan and adapt to the working atmosphere soon. The managers from all departments attended the meeting and talked with the new staff, followed by Ms Wang, the HR manager of Titan.
At the beginning of the training, the new staff watched the Titan introduction video, which shows the corporation culture, history and the amazing performance of Titan. Then Ms. Wang explained the “Staff Regulations” in detail to the new staff. All in all the meeting reviewed the history of establishment of Titan, encouraged the new staff to get familiar with the struggling and selfless working spirit, which also means being healthy, happy, positive and “sunny”.
So the new staff got a good introduction to how the culture and regulations of Titan are meant.
